Who We Are

Fletcher Publishing is an independent publishing house built around two authors, two very different voices and a shared love of telling stories.

We publish books for different ages, interests and moods — from the adventures of little characters learning about the world around them to stories written firmly for grown-ups.

Our authors don't stick to one particular genre, and that's exactly how we like it. We believe good stories can be funny, thoughtful, emotional, mischievous, romantic or a little bit of everything. What matters most is that they make you want to keep turning the page.

Fletcher Publishing is about original ideas, memorable characters and stories with personality. We're building something that feels personal rather than corporate, and we're only just getting started.

Meet the Authors

Jennifer Fletcher & Jay Fletcher

Author and Mischief Maker

Two author names. One love of storytelling.

Jennifer Fletcher writes children's stories filled with heart, humour and a little bit of mischief. From lovable characters to everyday adventures, her books are created to entertain young readers, spark their imaginations and leave them with something to smile about.

Writing for grown-ups is a different adventure. Under the pen name Jay Fletcher, she explores the worlds of thrillers, romance and crime, creating stories and books for adult readers.

As one half of Fletcher Publishing, Jenny brings ideas to life through two distinct author identities, each with its own voice, audience and stories to tell. Whether she's dreaming up adventures for little readers or exploring more grown-up themes, one thing remains the same: a love of words, memorable characters and stories that stay with you!

Charley Fletcher

Charley writes across more than one kind of story, with a particular interest in people, relationships and the wonderfully complicated things that make us human. Her writing ranges from thoughtful non-fiction and self-help to fiction and romance, always with plenty of personality along the way.

As the other half of Fletcher Publishing, Charley brings different ideas, different perspectives and a healthy dose of mischief to the mix. Between the two of them, there’s rarely a shortage of stories waiting to be written.
